Presentation by Claire Karsenti at the conference “French Unfair Competition Law: Between the Past and the Future”

Claire Karsenti, a partner at Sorgem Evaluation, participated on June 19, 2026, in the conference “French Law on Unfair Competition: Between Past and Future,” under the academic direction of Rafael Amaro, professor at the University of Caen Normandy, ICREJ, and Jean-Christophe Roda, professor at the University of Lyon 3 Jean Moulin, Louis Josserand Research Team (Private Law Team). The symposium, held at the University of Caen Normandy, brought together academics, judges, attorneys, and experts to discuss three themes: “Unfair Competition Law and Other Laws,” “Conditions for Damages,” and “Litigation in Unfair Competition Cases.”

Claire Karsenti spoke about the role of party-appointed experts and court-appointed experts during the roundtable discussion on litigation strategies.
