Morning session: “Assessments carried out as part of the fairness certificates”

Thomas Hachette, Partner, and Etienne Langer, Project Director, hosted a morning seminar organised by the SFEV.

The session provided an opportunity to present the latest statistics drawn from the analysis of fairness opinions, with a focus on current issues, notably public offers targeting companies listed on Euronext Access.
