Claire Karsenti, a partner at Sorgem Evaluation, took part on 13 March 2026 in the symposium ‘Shareholder Disputes’, organised by the Institut François Geny at the University of Lorraine. The symposium brought together academics, lawyers and practitioners for four round-table discussions focusing on general meetings, regulatory aspects, procedures and contractual matters.
Claire Karsenti spoke on the role of expert evidence in litigation strategy, investigative measures and the relationship with alternative dispute resolution methods during the round table on procedures.
The book *Shareholder Disputes: From Prevention to Proceedings*, to which Claire Karsenti contributed, is due to be published in summer 2026 by Legitech.
