On 17 March, Maurice Nussenbaum, Chairman, and Claire Karsenti, Partner, took part in a conference organised by the Master 225 – Corporate Finance & Financial Engineering – Paris Dauphine-PSL University as part of the House of Finance Days, in partnership with the Compagnie Nationale de Experts de Justice en Finance (CNEJEF).
This conference provided an opportunity to address the topic of changes in the private equity sector, structured around two round-table discussions:
1- How to resolve the problem of illiquidity? The new paradigm for private equity funds
