Claire Karsenti, a Partner at Sorgem Evaluation, co-chaired the morning session organised by the SFEV on 17 September 2024 alongside Elisabeth Avril, a specialist assistant at the National Financial Prosecutor’s Office.

This morning session provided an opportunity to review current practices for assessing losses and gains arising from breaches, linking them to the  the ‘methodological notes on the compensation for economic loss’ published in January 2024 by the Paris Court of Appeal and the ‘guidelines on the implementation of the judicial settlement in the public interest’ of 16 January 2023 published by the National Financial Prosecutor’s Office (PNF).
