As part of the calculation of the Net Asset Value (NAV) at year-end, SORGEM Evaluation carried out business valuations in accordance with IPEV guidelines in order to analyse the reasonableness of the values used by various funds.
At the end of 2020, the Eurazeo Group’s Assets Under Management (AUM) stood at €21.8 billion, up 16 per cent over 12 months.
Eurazeo manages €15.0 billion on behalf of investor partners (Limited Partners, LP), up 20% over 12 months, as well as the Group’s permanent capital (Net Asset Value, NAV) of €6.7 billion, up 7% year-on-year (+6.3% per share), and up 21% compared with the end of June 2020.
Eurazeo invests in three asset classes, 73% of which is in private equity.
GROUP PERMANENT CAPITAL – Net Asset Value (NAV): NAV per share stood at €85.4 at the end of 2020, up 6.3% compared with the end of 2019 and up 21% compared with 30 June 2020. The Group’s assets now consist entirely of unlisted assets. Value creation from the Group’s activities amounted to €705 million, an increase of 12 per cent.
