The conference took the form of three round-table discussions on the topics of transfer pricing, management packages and changes to business models.

Guy Jacquot chaired the round table on transfer pricing, addressing the following topics: economic and tax implications, the key principles of analysing a transfer pricing system, the setting of transfer prices, and the challenges facing the valuer.
