Sorgem Evaluation acted as an independent expert to carry out a valuation of securities for an employee share scheme (FCPE) in the energy sector

As part of the delisting of TechnipFMC shares from Euronext Paris on 18 February 2022, Sorgem Evaluation was appointed as an independent expert to value the TechnipFMC ordinary shares held by corporate investment funds. As the share is also listed on a foreign market outside the European Economic Area (on the NYSE), the remit included assessing whether market depth was sufficient to use the market price as the basis for estimating the value of the share in euros.
