Valuing SaaS companies against the backdrop of falling markets

SaaS companies have seen their stock market valuations fall in recent months, with mixed trends. Such a context reinforces the need to examine market valuations in detail, something that investment funds holding such stakes will in particular need to do when estimating their net asset value. Another question that may also arise concerns the impact of the fall in company values on the various categories of shares that may make up their share capital.
