We supported the world leader in the cable industry throughout the proceedings before the Paris Commercial Court and the Paris Court of Appeal.

Our role involved, in particular, responding to the economic arguments put forward by the opposing party regarding the financial consequences of the alleged practices (lost profits, losses incurred, etc.).
