In the standard and express courier sector, Sorgem Evaluation advised one of the leading players in connection with proceedings concerning anti-competitive practices before the Competition Authority.
Sorgem Evaluation supported this major market player throughout the proceedings before the Competition Authority: preparing a response to the Statement of Objections, responding to the report by the Competition Authority’s rapporteurs, and providing assistance during the hearing before the Competition Authority’s panel. Our role involved, in particular, responding to the economic arguments put forward by the Competition Authority’s rapporteurs regarding the alleged practices (analysis of the allegations, quantification of the damage to the economy, etc.).
