CNEJEF morning session on expert reports in collective proceedings at the Paris Commercial Court

The CNEJEF (National Association of Financial Court Experts), chaired by Claire Karsenti, a Partner at Sorgem Evaluation, organised a morning seminar on 26 June 2023 on the theme of ‘Expertise in the Context of Collective Proceedings’ at the Paris Commercial Court.

Members of the association benefited from insights provided by Mr Laurent Caniard (President of the 14th Chamber of the Paris Commercial Court and General Delegate for Investigatory Measures), Mr Patrick Coupeaud (President of the 5th Chamber of the Paris Commercial Court and General Delegate for the Handling of Corporate Difficulties) and Maître Axel Chuine (Judicial Administrator), with whom they were able to engage in a free-flowing discussion.
