Disputes relating to trade marks and brand image

A brand and its image form part of a company’s assets. Damage to a brand’s image therefore results in the depreciation of an asset, additional costs to rebuild it, or a reduction in its ability to create value – in other words, a loss of revenue. Legal disputes concerning trademarks and brand image are arising in an increasingly diverse range of areas.
