“As Philippe Brunswick and Maurice Nussenbaum point out in the following report, the duty of loyalty is first and foremost a moral standard, arising from social interactions. This duty, arising from the general moralisation of economic relations, is making an increasingly noticeable entry into the legal sphere, and requires legal practitioners to define its scope.”
