Claire Karsenti, a partner at Sorgem Evaluation, spoke at the 9th edition of the House of Finance Days 2024 at Paris Dauphine University – PSL, which this year focused on the theme: Sustainability, technology, responsibility: New Pathways in Finance, taking part in the conference organised in the Raymond Aron lecture theatre by the Master’s programme 122 in Law and Corporate Social Responsibility, co-directed by Professor François Pasqualini and Professor Georges Decocq.
During the round-table discussion on women’s careers in finance, Claire Karsenti emphasised the need to increase the representation of women in corporate finance consultancy, particularly in partner roles. As President of the National Association of Judicial Experts in Finance (CNEJEF), she also encouraged women with existing experience in various financial fields to apply to become judicial experts at the courts of appeal.
