Sorgem Evaluation advised a US company in the aerospace sector in connection with infringement proceedings brought by a rival group

We acted as an expert witness (for the defendant) in the judicial expert assessment ordered by the Paris Court of Appeal. 

Our work involved advising our client (the defendant) on preparing responses to the court-appointed expert’s enquiries, analysing and critiquing the methods for assessing the loss proposed by the claimant, to propose alternative valuation approaches capable of reflecting the loss alleged by the claimant, and to assist our client and their legal advisers in preparing for the hearing.
