Sorgem Evaluation advised SPAC Transition on its transaction with the Arverne Group

Sorgem Evaluation was commissioned to assist SPAC Transition with share valuations as part of its de-SPACing transaction with Arverne Group, a French group specialising in geothermal energy and lithium. This transaction enables Arverne Group to list on the stock exchange and will accelerate the development of a leading French and European player in the energy transition.
