SORGEM Evaluation is acting as an independent expert in connection with the takeover bid launched by CitizenPlane for Travel Technology Interactive

In connection with the takeover bid launched on 21 December 2023 by CitizenPlane for Travel Technology Interactive, SORGEM Evaluation has been appointed as an independent expert, in accordance with the provisions of the AMF’s General Regulations, to draw up a report on the financial terms of the takeover bid and to give an opinion on the fairness of the bid.
