Strategic Support

Strategic brand support: tailor-made workshops, with or without prior research.

When is this expertise required?

This expertise can be mobilised at any point in the strategic thinking process: brand ageing, lack of feedback or insights, questions about target audiences, repositioning, competitive pressure, evolving distribution channels, or the need to clarify future levers for action.

METHODOLOGY

Our approach adapts to the client's strategic issue and the level of information already available. It can draw on existing studies, additional analyses or dedicated workshops in order to gain perspective, clarify the issues at stake and formulate recommendations that teams can use directly.

Framing the strategic issue

Discussion with the client around the strategic issue they wish to address.

Strategic and semiological analysis

Proposal of desk research, strategic planning and/or semiological analyses related to the issue in order to inform the thinking.

Workshops and recommendations

Delivery of one or more workshops aimed at clarifying the issues, aligning teams and formulating concrete recommendations tailored to the issue submitted.

When the brand already has a large number of studies and wants to step back to draw an operational synthesis from them, or when it seeks to align its teams around a strategic direction.

Strategic planning involves analysing the market, consumers, competitors and cultural trends in order to identify the right insights and guide brand, communication or innovation decisions.

A semiological analysis involves studying the signs, codes, symbols, images, words and narratives associated with a brand, market or category, in order to understand what they may convey in consumers’ minds and how they influence perception.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Strategic perspective

We help teams structure, prioritise and put available insights into perspective in order to identify the real brand issues and the priority levers to activate.

  • Team alignment around a shared vision

Bringing stakeholders together around a shared diagnosis, a clear strategic direction and common principles for action.

  • Concrete, actionable recommendations

We translate the analyses and thinking carried out into a summary report.
