The Executive Committee of the Professional Association of Independent Experts (APEI) wished to bring together all the publications resulting from its work, following a review aimed at harmonising and updating them in line with changes to the regulatory environment and market practices in the context of independent valuations carried out in connection with public offerings.

At the APEI conference on 14 June 2023, the floor was given to those members who had helped compile the “Compendium of APEI publications on independent valuation”. They shared their conclusions on the key points of the compendium and held discussions with Bertrand Durupt (AMF), Olivier Diaz (Gide Loyrette Nouel) and Frédéric Proust (Morgan Stanley).

Maurice Nussenbaum, Honorary President of the APEI and Partner at Sorgem Evaluation, spoke at the event on the subject of fair value and the criteria that had been excluded.
