On 12 April 2024, Blanche Feauveaux, a partner at Sorgem Evaluation and a financial expert, spoke alongside Fanny Ducloy, a property valuer, as part of a training session for members of the Compagnie Nationale des Experts de Justice en estimations Immobilières (CNEJI).
This joint training session by the two experts, on the topic of “accounting and valuation of business assets and shares in property investment companies (SCIs)”, provided an opportunity to explore the following points:
– Reading and analysing accounting documents to value a business or shares in a property investment company (SCI)
– Defining the valuation methods to be used when assessing businesses
– Valuing shares in a property investment company (SCI)
