On 4 and 5 April 2023, Blanche Feauveaux, a Partner at Sorgem Evaluation, led a training session on business valuation for the Association of Financial and Management Control Directors (DFCG).
This session provided an opportunity to train financial directors in the main valuation methods, so that they can apply these principles to various scenarios they may encounter: external growth, the sale of a business, internal reorganisation, fundraising, etc.
