SORGEM EVALUATION advised a French clothing retailer on a brand coexistence agreement with an American retailer.

For a menswear and womenswear retailer, Sorgem Evaluation carried out valuation analyses relating to trademark rights and advised the client during negotiations with an American retailer, a market leader in snowboards, accessories and related clothing.

The negotiations resulted in a deal being signed at the end of 2015.
