As announced in the press release dated 30 June 2024, the Board of Directors of ATOS has, on a voluntary basis pursuant to Article 261-3 of the AMF’s General Regulations, and on the recommendation of the Company’s ad hoc Committee, appointed Sorgem Evaluation as an independent expert to assess the financial restructuring.
Sorgem Evaluation will assess the financial terms of the financial restructuring for shareholders and issue a report containing a fairness opinion, which will be made available to shareholders prior to the consultation with the relevant class of shareholders and in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
