Morning session: ‘Economic expertise on damages arising from anti-competitive practices and unfair competition’

The CNEJEF, chaired by Claire Karsenti, a Partner at Sorgem Evaluation, organised a morning session on 17 October 2023 to facilitate discussion between its members and President Gérard Terneyre, President of the 15th Chamber of the Paris Commercial Court, on the challenges of expert assessments concerning damages arising from anti-competitive practices and unfair competition, and in particular areas for improvement in expert reports on these subjects.
