On 26 June, Maurice Nussenbaum, Chairman of Sorgem Evaluation, was delighted to speak at a symposium organised by the Association Droit & Affaires (“ AD&A”) on the topic of ‘Exit (from the stock market)’, chaired by Professor Stéphane Torck, Professor of Private Law at the University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas (Paris II)
