SORGEM, a firm specialising in valuation, financial consultancy and transaction services, announces the appointment of Alban CABANIS as a Partner in Transaction Services.
Alban CABANIS, aged 48, a graduate of ICN and Sciences Po Executive Education, began his career in statutory audit (Salustro Reydel / KPMG), before moving into corporate finance. He subsequently joined Deloitte’s Audit and Transaction Services department as a Manager, before moving to BDO France as a Partner in Transaction Services. There, he significantly expanded the business, which within six years became one of the largest in the small and mid-cap segment.
SORGEM also announces the arrival of Jonathan ADRAI as Senior Manager of Transaction Services. Jonathan ADRAI, aged 38, a qualified chartered accountant and graduate of Dauphine University, has experience in Transaction Services gained notably at BM&A and EY.
With these new appointments, SORGEM is strengthening its position in the transaction sector, complementing its long-standing business of financial valuations and assistance with litigation and arbitration, for the benefit of companies and investment funds.
